A key part of the Nationality and Borders Bill (Part 1) currently before the UK Parliament is to correct historical wrongs for children of descent. The Project for the Registration of Children as British Citizens (PRCBC) & Amnesty UK report to MP's & Peers has been updated to include key issues: Children of Chagossian Descent and Good Character requirement amongst many things.
